Our bespoke range of Summerhouses, Potting Sheds, Garages and buildings offer the perfect place for all your needs. A wide range of design and styling options allow you to tailor your building to suit your lifestyle - whether you want a peaceful retreat, a space to dine and entertain or a building to work in, a bespoke building creates the perfect extension to your garden.

Each building is a custom design and handmade to order, using quality FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood treated with a high-quality timber preservative. All buildings are delivered and installed by our in-house team, ensuring a quality building from start to finish and are available in Shiplap or Loglap.

Specifications

  • Frame constructed from heavy duty timber (50mm x 50mm) which is 45mm x 45mm finished size with rounded corners included

  • All buildings have diagonal bracing where possible for extra strength and rigidity

  •  Exterior walls clad in (19mm x 125mm) Shiplap or Tongue and groove boarding - which is 14mm x 120mm finished size or (25mm x 100mm) Loglap which is 20mm x 95mm finished size

  • Roof and floor clad with (19mm x 125mm) Tongue & Groove boarding - which is 14mm x 120mm finished size as standard. We can also offer (25mm x 125mm) Tongue and groove boarding - which is 19mm x 120mm for an extra sturdy floor for heavy items such as machinery/motor bikes etc.. 

  • Summerhouses have a weather seal fitted to opening windows and doors and are supplied with 4mm toughened safety glass as standard. Doors are constructed from 50mm x 100mm planed timber with mortise and tenon joints set in a door frame, fitted with a 3 lever mortise lock and handle with 2 keys included, 6in bolts and antique cast iron handles and ornamental hinges (other options available)

  • Standard Shed/Workshop doors are fitted with a rim lock, handle and 2 keys, double doors available - one with lock, one bolted. Security doors are constructed from 50mm x 100mm planed timber with mortise and tenon joints set in a door frame, fitted with a 3 lever mortise lock, handle and 2 keys and 6in tower bolts on double doors

  • Quality thick polyester felt included or Felt Shingles in Green, Black or Red(at additional cost) both providing a lifespan of up to 15 years

  • FULLY dip treated inside and out with a high quality spirit based wood preservative with wax protection

  • Installation is included in the price, there may be a delivery charge, depending on where you live but local deliveries are free

Delivery & Installation

  • All buildings require a concrete or slab base(not textured slabs) and must be flat and level.
  • We also recommend a sub-base, prices of which are on the price list above. This is made from 3" x 2" pressure treated timber and sits on top of your concrete or slabs. This allows the building to be elevated from the ground and keeps it out of the wet, prolonging the life of the building.
  • We require clear and unrestricted access to deliver and install your building with no height restrictions, low archways, cables, trees etc..
  • Installation is included in the price, there may be a delivery charge for buildings and Garden Furniture depending where you live. The cost of which will be provided. But local deliveries are free.
